This policy explains how payments and refunds generally work at Stagecoach Mobile & RV Park, 6116 Kitsap Way, Bremerton, WA 98312. Your rental or lease agreement with the park sets the exact terms for your space. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls.
Website and Online Payments
This website provides information about the park and does not sell products or take payments online. Rent and fees are arranged directly with the park office. Please do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details through the website contact form or by regular email.
Rates and Charges
RV spaces are offered at weekly and monthly rates. Water, sewer and garbage are paid by the park. Current rates, deposits and any additional fees are given by the office when you inquire or sign an agreement. Rates are subject to change as allowed by your agreement and applicable law.
Payment Terms
- Rent is due on the schedule stated in your rental agreement.
- Accepted payment methods are confirmed by the office when you book or move in.
- Late payments may result in late fees and other actions as stated in your agreement and permitted by law.
- Returned or failed payments may be subject to a fee, and the park may require another form of payment.
Deposits
If a deposit is required, the amount and the conditions for returning it are stated in your agreement. Deposits are handled in line with applicable Washington State and local law, including any deductions for unpaid rent or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Refunds
- Prepaid rent. If you leave early, any refund of prepaid rent depends on the notice you gave and the terms of your agreement. Contact the office before you leave so we can review your account.
- Cancellations. Contact the office as early as possible to cancel a reservation or a planned move-in. Whether a deposit or advance payment is refundable depends on the timing of your cancellation and your agreement.
- Billing errors. If you were charged incorrectly, tell us and we will correct the error and refund any overpayment.
- How refunds are paid. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method when possible, or by another method agreed with the office. Processing times can vary by payment method.
Disputes
If you disagree with a charge, please contact the office as soon as you can so we can review it with you. We aim to resolve questions quickly and fairly.
